What Cationorm is and what it is used for
Cationorm is an ophthalmic hypotonic unpreserved emulsion in the form of a milky liquid.
Cationorm contains: mineral oils, glycerol, tyloxapol, poloxmar 188, trishydrochlride, tromethamine, cetalkonium chloride and water for injections.
Cationorm helps to hydrate, lubricate and protect the ocular surface. It is recommended for the relief of the dry eye symptoms characterized by stinging, itching, or burning eyes or by a foreign body sensation (sand, dust, etc.).
Before taking Cationorm
Do not use Cationorm if you have a known allergy to the excipients.
This product is not indicated to treat other ocular conditions.
Please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
If you are currently using other eye drops, you should wait at least 5 minutesbetween administrating them. It is recommended to use Cationorm last.
Cationorm does not change contact lenses quality.
HOW TO USE CATIONORM
OCULAR USE.
The recommended dose is 1 to 4 drops daily.
Instructions for use:
- Wash your hands
- Take one single dose container and shake it before use.
- Twist off the top.
- Tip your head back
- Gently pull down your lower eyelid and look up
- Hold the dropper above the eye and gently squeeze one drop onto the inside of the lower
eyelid, taking care not to touch the eye or eyelashes with the dropper
- Avoid any contact with the eye nozzle..
Single use. The single- dose container must be immediately used after opening and disposed after use.
Do not swallow.
